At Ninine, your eye health comes first. Under the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA), all contact lens sellers operating in the U.S. are legally required to verify each customer’s prescription before fulfilling an order.
How the Verification Process Works
You provide your prescription details → We send a verification request to your eye doctor → Your prescriber has 8 business hours to reply. If we don’t hear back within that period, your prescription is considered verified and we are authorized to ship your lenses.
1. Submit Your Prescription Copy
To begin verification, simply upload a legible photo or scanned copy of your valid prescription.
Send it via email to info1@99ninine.com, along with your full name and order ID.
2. We’ll Contact Your Prescriber
Please include your prescriber’s name and preferred contact method (email or phone). We’ll reach out immediately to verify your prescription. As required, prescribers have 8 business hours to respond—counted between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), in their local time zone.

You can easily book an eye exam with a licensed optometrist through online services like Visibly. Once your prescription is issued, just forward a copy to us and we’ll take it from there.
