1. What sets colored contacts apart from clear ones?
Colored contacts—often called circle lenses—enhance or transform your natural eye color while also offering vision correction. All Ninine lenses are made from medical-grade materials and come in a full range of powers, including plano or 0.00 for non-prescription use.

2. How do I find my perfect fit—both size and shade?
For diameter: If you prefer subtle enhancement, go with 13.8 to 14.2mm. For a more defined enlargement effect, try 14.2 to 14.5mm.
For color: Brown and black-chocolate tones complement darker hair and Asian skin tones beautifully. If you are looking for a striking or blended look, explore our gray, blue, or green collections.

3. Why does the lens color sometimes look different from the photo?
The final appearance can vary based on your natural eye color, lighting conditions, makeup, and screen display settings. We recommend browsing multiple real-life photos or chatting with our team for tailored advice.

4. What should I know as a first-time wearer?
Have an eye exam before ordering to confirm that you are a good candidate for contact lenses.
Start slow: wear the lenses for up to 4 hours on the first day, then gradually increase to a maximum of 8 hours per day.
Always wash your hands before handling lenses and follow the included wear and care guide.

5. What if my eyes feel dry or irritated while wearing?
Check whether the lens is inside-out, or examine it for damage or buildup.
Use rewetting drops that are approved for contact lenses.
If irritation continues, remove the lens immediately and consult an eye care professional.

II. Prescription and Eye Exams

1. How do I choose the right lens power?
If you have astigmatism: Standard colored contacts do not correct astigmatism. Ask your eye doctor about converting your prescription or explore custom toric options.
If you are nearsighted: Use a spectacle prescription no older than 6 months to select the matching power.
If you do not need vision correction: Simply choose 0.00 or plano.

2. What if my eyes require two different powers?
No problem. Our shopping cart allows you to select separate prescriptions and even different styles for the left and right eye. One order, fully customized.

III. Orders and Shipping

1. Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Once your order enters processing—usually within 1 hour of placement—edits to the address, items, or prescription are no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

2. How long does delivery take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 10 to 20 business days. Delivery windows depend on local customs clearance. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

3. Where can I track my package?
Log into your Ninine account and go to My Orders for real-time status and tracking details. Tracking information usually appears within 48 hours after shipping.

IV. After-Sales and Lens Safety

1. I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?
For damaged or wrong products: Take clear photos and reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
For discomfort during wear: Soak the lens in fresh solution and check if it is inside-out. If discomfort persists, stop wearing the lens and see an eye doctor.

2. How long can I wear a pair of colored contacts?
Follow the replacement schedule printed on every package—daily, monthly, or yearly. Once the period ends, discard the lenses. Never wear them beyond their intended lifespan.

3. Do you have any tips for daily lens care?
Non-daily lenses must be cleaned and disinfected after each use. Rub and rinse them with fresh multipurpose solution.
Replace your lens case every month and never reuse solution.
Keep lenses away from water, saliva, or tap water.
